Currently the first time a user is queued they get 0 as requests ahead. After this user is granted access the new top of queue is set to 1

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
